Lush Places: who’s on first bass?

LUSH Places is building itself up to a climactic Christmas.

The air is awash with rumours about the possible identity of the ‘guests’ at the winter solstice concert in the village hall this weekend.

With the leader of super folk band The Imagined Village in our midst, it could be anyone. Hell, there is even talk of one half of Show of Hands standing in to the read the part of an absent Symondsbury Mummer.

In the meantime, the Lush Places choral group is in fine form, all set to sing among the mulled wine and mince pies to an audience of approximately fifteen.

I can’t wait.
